Thank yous and Farewells
I will definitely miss you guys.
GLENN,
I always tell that we just became friends by transitivity. Only bus pals and nothing more.
And yes pre, take note of that, nothing more. Hahaha. But believe me when I say that I thank God that he allowed me to meet someone like you.
You are a vessel filled with care and tenderness. You are an empty bottle thrown to the sea, waiting for someone that will open you and let your magic do some works. You are a blank page that lets anyone who sees you write on it and mark you with their thoughts.
Glenn, you were one of those people who knew my darkest secrets, thoughts that were thought during at my most wasted state. But you alone never judged me.
You just have raised my standards on choosing people who I will take a ride with. Either in life or in EDSA.
I will be forever thankful that life let us cross each other's life for some time. I will forever remember you as a man who surprised his 4 girlfriends at a cinema. Gonna miss you pre and take good care yourself so you can take care of Aryan and Les 😃
ARYAN,
Life usually happens just when you wished it to stop.
It was nice to know someone who will understand every wiring in my nervous system. Someone who has same goals with me but has a completely different way of having it. Someone who can think ideas similar with mine but is able to contradict or revise or improve it with her thoughts. It was nice to work with this awesome lass, I will definitely miss our twinning moments.
Our friendship started as default. Almost same school, almost same field. But you just stepped on this trap of mine, trap of being one of my friends, when you allowed this stranger hug you when she needed it the most.
Aryan, you are one the nicest people living in this planet. You are capable of sacrificing your own dream for your loved ones. Meeting you in this lifetime taught me one thing, every person has a dream which is enough to inspire and give life to two or more people - it is your choice if you will share a dream with these awesome people God gave you or live in a dream that will break some people in your life.
You deserve to be happy. Thank you for everything, you made our work place less difficult. Love you 😘
LESLIE,
One of my favorite trios is you, me and our DMFs.
Dark chocolates and coffee. We enjoy bitter things and yet you manage to put a dash of sweetness on every life session we chat on. You tolerate my self-reflecting coffee breaks. You allow me to swim in a sea of depressing thoughts but save me from drowning using your soft voice saying, "Hindi naman po Ms Mehc"
Leslie, I will miss you so much. Once I leave, promise me to never punish yourself because of a mistake caused by working too much. Promise me not to stress yourself with things that you should not think of. Promise me to allow yourself savor a cup of coffee after a long day of work or school. Promise me to let yourself happy in this very cruel world. You deserve every bit of almond in a tub of dark chocolate ice cream.
You know how much I love you, Les. Take care of yourself. And take care of your inner self 😉
